Unfortunately, none of UCLA School of Dentistry graduate programs accepts international dentists, graduation from an ADA-accredited school is a requirement. They do offer though a different type of training for foreign trained dentists called "Preceptorship Programs". These programs vary in duration, but they are not intended to prepare you for specialty practice and most likely not accepted for licensure in any state, you can find more information about these programs here.
